A consortium of 15 partners coordinated by ACTeon, will work on ResponSEAble. The strengths of our Consortium are the combination of expertise and skills, the capacity to cover all components of the ocean knowledge system, from the production of knowledge to its final use experience in a wide range of communication and literacy products and initiatives.

Our team coverage of the main regional seas relevant to the EU (the Black Sea, the Mediterranean Sea, the North Sea, the Baltic Sea and the Atlantic façade) Its transatlantic dimension an excellent access to the main regional, European and international Networks on Marine knowledge.

TVE is a not-for-profit which works with filmmakers and partners worldwide to make and distribute films that put the environment and sustainability on the global agenda. produces innovative and vibrant documentaries, series, shorts and youth films. multimedia projects engage millions of global viewers and web users in the key sustainable development debates. We work with foundations, trusts, ngos, UN and other international agencies

Nick Rance

Nick Rance

Nick is a communications manager with over 10 years experience running a wide range of multimedia, broadcast, video, journalism, education and outreach projects in the field of sustainable development. tve will work on WP5 activities including a film competition open to all ages and a youth film project.

Nick Turner

Nick Turner

Nick Turner is tve’s manager of digital projects, looking after the tve websites and social media outreach and also manages the tvebiomovies global youth film competition. He spent 15 years in education, and is a specialist in educational technology.

Stefen Sandell

Stefen Sandell

Stefen Sandell is tve’s researcher and communications officer. He supports tve’s film project research, development and fundraising activities, and assists in writing reports and website content, preparing publications and fostering wider social media engagement.

Stefen has a BA in International Studies, and an MSc in Environmental Technology. He gained experience as an intern in sustainability and renewable energy consultancies in London, as well as helping the fashion label Alexander McQueen to prepare its 2015 environmental report.
